Decision postponed on Bailey area outdoor event

Park County commissioners’ deliberations and decision on the Colorado Burnal Equinox outdoor event permit was postponed to Jan. 4.

The proposed event is scheduled to take place from 5 p.m. Friday, March 23, through 5 p.m. Sunday, March 25. The event is limited to 450 people.

If approved, the event will take place at the Berger Land Company on 160 acres of the 1,685 acre ranch. The ranch is east of Bailey on County Road 68.

The event site is about a mile from CR 68 in an open meadow surrounded by trees and smaller open spaces.
