Friends of the Bailey Library will rededicate the sculpture “Books and Pages, Words and Phrases" at an event open to the public on Saturday, January, 27th at 2:00 pm. This sculpture has resided on the Bailey Library grounds since 1993 and was designed for the Bailey community by Vincent Tolpo, a professional artist. Vincent and his wife, Carolyn, are Shawnee residents and owners of the Shawnee Mountain Gallery. We are honored to have Mr. Tolpo as our guest speaker for the rededication ceremony. In addition, we will honor a longtime library volunteer, Jane Gilsinger, for her years of dedicated work on behalf of the library.
