Gary Rhoads, Sr., announced his candidacy to run for Park County Sheriff.
Rhoads is a Bailey resident who is very committed to the community. He currently works in the Adams County coroner’s office and is also a wrestling and girls volleyball coach at Platte Canyon High School.
Rhoads brings a wealth of experience with over 27 years in law enforcement, 20 of those years with the State Patrol. “I believe we need to bring back integrity within the department and with the community as a whole,” Rhoads said.
Rhoads wants to be the change for a department that is in need of change. He wants to bring back meaningful communication.
