Drotar says she hired PODS in order to store her furniture while her home was being sold.
"And I thought, even though it's expensive I thought it was a good solution," she said.
When it came time to move, Drotar said..."To my amazement they, the customer service rep said, 'Oh, we don't deliver to 80421,' which is Bailey's zip code," Drotar said.
