Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Lake George Fire Protection District cancelled one of their biggest fundraisers of the year, their annual spaghetti dinner. Instead, the department offered carryout hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and drinks at Station 1 on August 15, 2020. The proceeds from the event, which also included an online auction, will be used to purchase PPE and other equipment for the Department’s volunteers. The Department’s apparatus and a Flight for Life helicopter were on display in the parking lot.
