New Webinar Series: Colorado Wildfires 2020

Record-breaking wildfires were just one of the remarkable things about 2020:
What factors contributed to these fires?
Why were they so large?
What can we do to prepare for?
What can we do to prepare for the future?

Learn from experts in science, management, and policy of wildland fire across Colorado. Topics include wildfire history, policy, fire ecology and behavior, climate change, and long-term outlooks.

Webinar series will be in conjunction with Colorado State University seminar class ECOL 592: Colorado Wildfires 2020. No class registration or cost required to attend the webinar. All webinars will be recorded and posted to the Southern Rockies Fire Science Network YouTube channel. (Note: No webinar on April 13th - that date will be removed).
