CALLING ALL BURLAND AND ADJACENT NEIGHBORHOODS!
ARE YOU READY FOR WILDFIRE SEASON???
The Firewise Committee of the Burland HOA has created zoom presentations for all of Burland and the adjacent neighborhoods that will give you the information you/your family need to prepare yourselves and your home and provide your specific escape route(s)/shelter areas should we have a wild fire.
Each addressee will soon be receiving a letter that will tell you exactly when your zoom meetings are scheduled for your “district or neighborhood” and how to attend. The letter coming will have the information about which district or neighborhood you are in and a map of your escape route should there be a wildfire.
The presentation has been prepared with the assistance of the Platte Canyon Fire Protection District, Fire Adapted Bailey and the US Forest Service to coordinate and implement the Community Wildfire Protection Plan.
