2021 FILM ON THE ROCKS

Film on the Rocks is back for its 22nd season! Enjoy a one-of-a-kind drive-in movie experience at the iconic Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre as well as in-amphitheatre films.

Drive-in films will be presented on an LED screen located in the Red Rocks Lower South Lot 2 parking area with audio delivered via a designated FM radio frequency. RVs, buses, or any hitched trailers are not allowed and will be denied entry. No grilling on the grounds, vehicle roofs or hoods.

Film on the Rocks is a collaborative production of the Denver Film and Denver Arts & Venues.

Moviegoers can catch drive-in and amphitheatre movies at Red Rocks this summer.

MORRISON, Colo. — Colorado's most-picturesque cinema experience is back this summer.

Film on the Rocks Summer Series will return in 2021 with a schedule that combines the drive-in program introduced last summer and a limited run of in-amphitheatre shows, organizers announced Wednesday.

Beginning Memorial Day weekend, films will be screened at the drive-in for four weeks. In addition to bringing back the drive-in experience of 2020, Film on the Rocks will move back into the amphitheatre for movies on July 12, July 19 and August 2.

A fun way to see a movie on a big screen and in the normal stands, a huge sound system. Be prepared for a late night in mid summer because the movies don't start until sunset.

Film on the Rocks is back for its 22nd season – and this fall/winter, we’re filled with the holiday spirit! Enjoy a one-of-a-kind drive-in movie experience at the iconic Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre with a new lineup of films to celebrate the holidays.

Drive-in films will be presented on an LED screen located in the Red Rocks Lower South Lot 2 parking area with audio delivered via a designated FM radio frequency. One ticket allows access for one standard vehicle entry, regardless of the number of passengers.
