About the Event
$10 fee for the course. The classroom will be at the COFA Green Barn, from 8 am to 12 pm. Range time will be at the Skyline Hunting and Fishing Club off of Wadsworth Blvd. from 1 pm to 3 pm, directions will be provided. Make sure you arrange transportation. Make sure that you bring your signed Student Consent Form to class (see below). Please also bring eye and ear protection for the range. No pets are allowed at the facility.
Hunter education cards will be awarded to students upon successful completion of the course, which includes attending all class sessions and passing a written test and live fire. Rifles and ammunition for the live fire will be provided. No personal firearms are allowed.
Classes will follow the COVID-19 safety restrictions of the county they are located in. This includes rules around masking, group sizes, and social distancing. If you have any questions, please contact your instructor.
