COFA's Free Kids PaperTurkey shoot November 13th (A Free Event) One of the best events in Denver, and the Front Range for your kids in November from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

COFA believes in passing to the next generations our values, skills, and outdoor pastimes. A Turkey Shoot (targets only, no live birds involved) is a great way to do all three at the same time. (Also, for more information about COFA's upcoming events and classes for the entire family, visit our website at: cofausa.org/ ) Kids ages 8-15 will have an opportunity to use a B.B. gun on paper targets to win great prizes, including a frozen turkey for each age group (must be present to win). Kids will shoot a designated amount of BB’s at paper turkey targets to see if they can win a frozen turkey. The scorers will add up the total amount of hits near the bullseye to determine the winner. Boys and girls are put into age brackets (8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15). COFA provides the BB guns so everyone has a fair chance at shooting. We don’t allow personal BB guns…just COFA’s!

If you live on the front range or on the 285 corridor bring your kids out for the Free Kids paper turkey shoot. Boys and girls, ages 8 to 15 years old can try to win a grand prize of a fresh frozen turkey. There are four age groups 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15, there will be a grand prize winner in each age group, there will be other prizes for 2nd, third and 4th place.

There will be a rock-climbing wall, archery shooting, a crafts area, and refreshments to purchase. Spend a great time together as a family. Invite your friends and family to this event. For more information on this event, you can go to:
