Our Soldier Bags Project to help support homeless vets is underway! We've already had an outpouring of support from the community...but we still need your help, too! There are 1400 homeless vets in Colorado, 650 are in Metro Denver. We want to help, and we need you, too! Please Help us fill as many backpacks as we can (at least 100)!!
*You can drop off your items at The Wild Game or TallGrass Spa from October 1st – November 11th during business hours. We will be packing bags on November 12th ~ stay tuned for details!
Please stick to this list:
1 Pack wet wipes
1 Travel hand sanitizer
2 Small bars of soap
1 Face mask
1 Comb
1 Travel size aspirin or ibuprofen
1 Bottle of water
1 each hand and foot warmer
1 men’s underwear (sm. or med.)
1 lip balm
1 stick deodorant
1 toothpaste and brush pack
*No socks, gloves or hats.
They have plenty.*
We would also like to include letters of appreciation! So please write w note of encouragement and thanks that we can add to our back packs.

TallGrass Spa and Salon in Evergreen, Colorado, is a seasoned pro when it comes to showing support and caring for service members. More than a decade of sending care packages to overseas troops has given it the wealth of experience it now applies to a project in support of homeless vets here in metro Denver.

Items can be dropped off at Wild GameEntertainment at 1204 Bergen Pkwy in Evergreen, CO, during regular business hours from now until Veterans Day, November 11.
