We will be focusing on the critical issue of mental health as well as sharing our takeaways from the recently concluded legislative session and county updates.

We are pleased to have two guest speakers joining us from Resilience1220: Executive Director Heather Aberg, and Board of Directors Member and nationally-recognized children's mental health expert Dr. Sarah Davidon.

Resilience1220 offers free counseling services for youth ages 12-20 in the mountain communities west of the Denver metro area.

Topics of discussion will include mental/behavioral health for children and adults, youth suicide, symptom awareness of self and others, coping and self-care, and available resources.
