There is an important Public Meeting scheduled on April 18th from 5:30-7:30pm at Evergreen High School library about the County Road 73 improvements and how it will impact traffic while it's underway. This will be a concern should we have a significant fire event during the construction, and we encourage everyone to attend to learn more.

5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Construction is expected to begin in the fall of 2023 and continue into 2025. Construction is planned to progress from Plettner Lane to Buffalo Park Road in several phases. Traffic impacts should be expected throughout the construction project as JC-73 is reduced to a single lane, on and off, during daytime and evening work activities. Two lanes of traffic will be maintained during the peak hours of 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m..
