On Saturday, August 30th, COFA will host a Western Big Game Clinic!
COFA's Western Big Game Hunt Clinic on Aug 30th will be from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm at the COFA Green Barn.
If you're new to western big game hunting or would like to share some of your tips with the group, come and join us.
You'll learn the techniques for hunting elk and mule deer in this clinic. COFA's experienced staff will teach you how to use scents, calls, blinds, and decoys, and how to read maps for locating elk and deer. You'll discover what gear you should carry in your hunt pack. Discover thoughts on what the best calibers are for elk and deer.
Learn what kind of survival gear should be carried when you're out in the field hunting in mountains, forests, or on the plains. Many people die needlessly in the outdoors because they are not equipped with the right gear.
It's a fun class; all are welcome to attend.
