Wildfires can change quickly—but the decisions you make BEFORE an emergency can make all the difference.

Join Elk Creek Fire, Conifer Fire, the Conifer Wildland Division, Jeffcom 911, and our community partners for an evening focused on practical wildfire and evacuation preparedness.

Wednesday, July 8
Open House:6:00 p.m.
Presentation: 6:30–8:30 p.m.
Conifer High School

You'll learn about:

• Your Planning Unit and why it matters
• Emergency notifications (Lookout Alert & CodeRED)
• What to realistically expect during a wildfire evacuation
• Planning for your family, pets, and livestock
• Local resources available to help you prepare

Following the presentation, you'll have another opportunity to visit resource tables, ask questions, and connect with our partner organizations.

We'll do our best to offer a live Zoom option, but we can't guarantee the livestream will work perfectly, so we strongly encourage attending in person if you're able.
