Friends nix library-offices behind Old Courthouse - Flume

A spokesman for the Friends of the Fairplay Library told county commissioners on Sept. 29 that the Friends were "withdrawing from the collaboration with the county to build a building behind the old courthouse." Details in this week's Flume.
