Schools see rise in free, reduced lunch program -The Flume was created by Flume editor

The percentage of students participating in the free and reduced-price lunch program has risen to 29 percent in Bailey-based Platte Canyon School District and 45 percent in Fairplay-based Re-2 School District. Details in this week's Flume.
