A stretch of County Road 47 between Moore Road and Shelton Drive in the Harris Park subdivision in the Bailey area will be closed off Wednesday, Oct. 27, due to a collapsed culvert, said Road and Bridge Director David Kintz Sr.
“It is an emergency. It is something that can’t wait,” said Kintz on Tuesday.
