Samuel Walker, the Florissant man charged with aggravated cruelty to animals tied to the 2009 discovery of dead and starving dogs on his property, pleaded guilty to one count of felony aggravated cruelty to animals as part of a plea deal on Dec. 15. My guess ? a slap on the wrist, 90 days? Park County will do nothing!This creep will be let off with nothing just like his scum sucking wife. This county is a miserable shame to all of us that live here. Plea bargain means he will be let off, only his animals suffer. I am going to petition the judge , I hope others do the same. This makes me want to leave this county and move somewhere sane.
This really pisses me off, lazy asshole DA and a bunch of apathetic citizens. This prick should get a year minimum.

I don't know the details of the case beyond what was in the Flume, but based upon what I know this pisses me off. 1 count?
