Hopkins/Spunt lawsuit against county dismissed - The Flume was created by Flume editor

The December lawsuit filed against Park County by Bailey residents Christopher Hopkins and Ronald Spunt was dismissed by an order of Fairplay-based District Judge Stephen Groome on Jan. 5. Details in this week's Flume.
