Park County diversity rises, housing vacancies at 49% -Flume

2010 census figures show that the racial diversity of the population in Park County and Colorado has increased. The census figures also peg housing unit vacancies at about 49 percent in Park County. In 2010, there were 13,947 housing units in Park County, and 6,778 of those units, or 48.6 percent, were vacant. A high percentage of those are thought to be seasonal homes.
