The library is future home to a 5-foot sculpture to include etchings from moments and places in present time Bailey. Unveiling held Monday, April 25th at 3:00 p.m. in the library. Refreshments will be served.
Artist Frank Guerrero shared his vision of a "time capsule" granite sculpture, that with the help of community members and business sponsorship, will be donated and erected at the Bailey Public Library. Those who sponsor will have the opportunity to have their name etched along the bottom of the sculpture.
