It has already been sent to the B.O.C.C. attached to an 8 page Registered Letter demanding that you immediately announce that they are putting the project on hold and will put it on the ballot to be decided by the voters. Absent of that, the Federal Lawsuit will be filed next week.
Now to add another wrinkle based on what i just posted in another thread as it relates to Burland Meadows. Is it at all possible wherever the BOCC is planning on building the Comm Center that is part of a subdivision? Or is it commercial property already designated as such? Does anyone know?

Thank you very much Nmysys and AV8TOR for helping get this sent to the BOCC. For all of those who have been working/helping as able to keep this very serious matter in the forefront of the Park County Taxpayers minds, "thank you"! Our voices should be heard via "vote" and to make sure that the resolution/outcome will be in the best interest of the Park County Taxpayers. Great work! :thumbsup:
