The Dems are floating plans where as many districts as possible are competitive. The Republicans prefer to carve districts out of like minded populations. Western slope people get their own district, along with Denver and Boulder. I prefer this way because I hate having a congressman who won his district by only a couple percentage points.
Which would you prefer?
Thomas Sowell: There are no solutions, just trade-offs.
I agree. Competitive districts will most likely be one by the candidate with the most money. With like mined districts, at least most groups will be represented.
