My understanding is only those heads of state from british countries were invited unless they had personal relationships with the prince and kate.

Odumbo isn't royalty, even as the self appointed King of the Undermining Nations. He's F'in up our nation, why let him do it to their wedding? When asked if anyone has a reason that they should not be married, nobody wants to hear "present." This could go on forever........
