There are no word I can express right now about this sick crap! The Headline says it all!
IRS Likely to Expand Mortgage Industry Coverup by Whitewashing REMIC Violations

Really? Oh, I hope you are one of the tax-protestor types who tries to use that defense in a court of law. They've got whole departments of people whose sole function in life is to go after people who think they owe no income tax because there is "no law making them liable." They LOVE it when people do that... It's what they live for...

Didn't read it before you shot your mouth off as usual.
Tom Cryer and Mr Beecraft, and others have beaten the IRS numerous times since the 90's.
Even the IRS says income tax is voluntary.
There are literally hundreds of people who have paid to get their IMF files purged from the roles.
Pleas learn to read and educate yourself as you always TELL others to do before you put your foot in your motuth and soil you "Robes."
Hence my reply about tax-cheats that like to use that defense. Like I said, the IRS, (and every state's Tax Fraud department) LOVES people that do that... I don't need to "read and educate myself" about this... Let's just say I have inside knowledge.
Every year millions of people file federal income tax returns even though they are not required to. Find out if your income is below the filing requirement.
from here my dear know it all.

United States courts have ruled that:
"The revenue laws are a code or system in regulation of tax assessment and collections. They relate to taxpayers and NOT to nontaxpayers. The latter are without their scope.
No procedure is prescribed for nontaxpayers, and no attempt is made to annul any of their Rights and remedies in due course of law. With them [nontaxpayers] Congress does not assume to deal, and they [nontaxpayers] are neither of the subject nor of the object of the revenue laws."

Funny, I don't remember ever posting information from HuffPo as a source for tax advice... You'll have to point that out sometime...
However, I'm dead serious... I REALLY..REALLY hope that Martin Ent Inc IS relying on it... NO, REALLY!!!
I'm done with this discussion... It's waaaay too entertaining... After assisting in the data-mining that took down two tax-protesters in another state...(drawn guns, TV cameras & all)...you can't possibly know how much I enjoy it when it happens...
