Are you sure you're hearing them correctly? Why on the world would they say he was killed last week when the president said tonight, "Today at my direction, the United States directed a targeted operation against that compound."

i was going by what is on the crawlers. I am sure that by midnight they will have the correct info if not before.

Does it matter if he planted the body, or if he puts the head on a spike in front of the White House? Of the whole world, very few people are going to miss Osama.

OK, there the news just said - "they got credible information about his wereabouts last week, and today, went in and kicked ass."

Ok, I paraphrased the last sentence, but they did actually say the first.
