AP: Highest Rate of Job Creation Since 2006!!!

So is it Boehner and his TEA Party folk making the economy business friendly after 4 years of Pelosi doing whatever she could to drive jobs overseas?

Or (cynical), the AP is using this story to make it look like Obama's policies of increased regulation and healthcare confusion is creating work?
