We got one a few weeks ago from Costco ($180) and are still evaluating it. At least with Costco you can return it most any time if you aren't happy with it. For those familier with Magic Jack, I like the Ooma better because it is stand alone and doesn't require a computer to be on all the time like Magic Jack does.
I'd say at this point it works fine for normal home use. My wife is also using it for long conference calls with her company. She can't afford any glitches. Well, it does glitch at times where the voice gets garbled for a few seconds (maybe once a day). So far, I think she can live with it.
They do have a 5000 minute limit for outgoing calls.
