Smash Your Piggy Banks! $0.20 Gasoline.

lol These is a gas station only charging $0.20 a gallon for gas. The catch? You have to pay in pre 1964, half dollars, quarters, and dimes.

Anyone here remember paying that little to fill up a tank?

The real joke? If they went by the real value of the silver used in pre-1964 coins, gas would only be around $0.16 a gallon.

I wonder if Coinstar has a way to seperate out the old coins?

Sure do recall gas like that. Got it for 19 cents delivered at home. BTW that was in the 1950's and today no one will deliver gas because of governmental regulations that make it too costly.

Interesting, we used to have gasoline delivered to the property in the 70's.
