Liberals, Lefties, Progressives, whatever you choose to call them, require a broken moral compass to believe in their ideology. Interesting perspective Trouble. Being a paleontologist by training and thus quite familiar with classifications, I find it impossible to come up with a single species that itself would encompass all the traits you ascribe to Liberals, Lefties, Progressives, much less a subset of Homo sapiens. That itself is an indication that the classification attributes are inappropriate.

On a lighter note I read that "Dominique Strauss-Kahn resigned from his post as manager of the International Monetary Fund — saying he felt compelled to focus his energy on the sexual assault charges he faces — the French politician will try to get out of jail." And here I thought he spent all his energy with the hotel maid. lol

When my daughter worked in Vail, she served "Rudy" Giuliani, room service. she said he was the nicest guest she had even dealt with and that he was a complete & classy gentleman...

And best of all a GREAT TIPPER!!!!

We already know about the moral fiber of the left. They support abortion. A helpless human life can be disregarded as a matter of convenience. How, when you come right down to it, do you get any more degenerate than that?

Trouble, you've got some seriously warped views of perhaps half of the human race. Off topic a bit... I liked your previous avatar and I wonder how you came to choose it. Is that a google image that is supposed to resemble you?

Why are opposing views so threatening to you? With a closed mind there is never an opportunity to even recognize a positive contribution the opposition has. There is no way that the conservative crowd has all the answers. As in many things in life, there are different ways to tackle problems and that does not automatically mean one way is better than another (as you espouse). It Just means they are different. This whole partisan BS is sickening as the concentration is not on solving issues, but bashing the opposition without conscious thought. Try opening your mind a little and you will be surprised all you can still learn even about moral compasses. The liberals do not have a monopoly on lost moral compasses unless you prefer to be myopic.
