Can this team of political operatives match Karl Rove, the Koch brothers, and the right wing's dark-money juggernaut?

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

Sounds to me like the right-wing is about to be "hoisted on its own petard." The Billionaires: the Koch Brothers, Rupert Murdoch, Phil Anschutz, Steve Schwarzman, Amway's Rich DeVos, Citadel's Ken Griffin, Ken Langone, B. Wayne Hughes, Texas investor Harold Simmons, TV mogul Jerry Perenchio and oil heir Robert Rowling, who have been cooking the books under the table for the right-wing, are suddenly going to have some competition.
It makes no sense for the Dems to play by any other rules than the same ones the Republicans do.

Yeah, too bad we didn't get any...

You must be joking! All that did was allow the creation of 527's so nobody can identify the massive $$$'s contributed to the Dems. The original bill actualy hurt the Dems more than the GOP so the Shadows figured a way to work outside of their favored legislation, allowing them to massively contribute.
...and contribute they did. Have you met George Soros? Have you heard of George Soros? He sponsored and funded a bill, through the manipulation of Senator John McCain (R) and Russ Feingold (D) and then claimed to be innocent of all of the failures contained within the Bill.
As the Supreme Court ruled against McCain/Feingold, BHO protested in front of the nation and the world that 100 years of history and transparency were overturned by the Supreme Court's decision to overthrow certain aspects of the Bill. NONSENSE! NONSENSE, and Absolute Misrepresentation by BHO!
The only thing that was overturned, was a failed attempt to corral the financial gains afforded any GOP candidate. But, the concept backfired and the Dems found it very much harder to find $$$. Then, in turn, came "George to the Rescue".
George decided to form numerous 527's and some PAC's, so he could strategically and privately funnel $$$ into the campaigns of those who shared his Political, Socialistic, Reformation-like and Open Society opinions, including BHO himself. Not to mention his previous favored candidates, John Kerry and Hillary Clinton.
I must ask, "is this attempt to control, mitigate, expand and coalesce our American form of governance, any different from that which most Liberals accuse the wealthy American, Industrial and Entrepreneurial interests of doing", all dating back to the 1960's? Why should it be so different and why should it be considered Special and/or Utopian in its value, when this attempt to control our government is nearly no different than what has been criticized in the past?"
All this outside money on BOTH sides is toxic to our electoral process. We should all be screaming for serious campaign finance reform. Instead we point at each other while our elections are stolen out from under us.
When I think about it, I can't but refrain from thinking; poor, poor, Hillary Clinton. She was once the Golden Girl; she was once the chosen one, the one, most likely to repesent all of America's downtrodden and forgotten, and all of the economically disparate, American persons...,but then came Barack Obama. He was a smooth talking, likeable, Afro-American male, that was so clearly liberal, and a universal candidate, with transparency written all over his face, and with a special charachter that was so uniquely representative of our "true and complete" American culture, that he fully eclipsed all other Democratic candidates, including Hillary Clinton, for the highest office in our American Political System and perhaps the world.
Now however, that BHO has been in office nearly two years, one must ask if Hillary Clinton would have been a better, more moderate, and more appropriate choice to represnt us, at this critical juncture in US and World Politics.
Everyone must know that I would not ever support Hilllary Clinton for any office, other than perhaps, County Dog-Catcher, or Coordinator of our County's Trash Services, (with no disrespect intended), but I must wonder what might be ocurring today, under Her Administration, rather than that of Barack Obama?
