Obama is a Kenyan citizen (by virtue of his father's citizenship). He is a British citizen (by virtue of his father's citizenship). He is an Indonesian citizen (by adoption by his stepfather and school records in Indonesia). And he is a U.S. citizen (as shown on his birth certificate, not a natural born though).
Irish citizenship would not add much to the confusion.
