Yes, but then again, there are much more socialist cities that don't have corresponding levels of high violence. Surprised that some cities are missing like NYC and Washington DC.
Cities tend to attract Dems. Very few Republican municipalities.

I thought they were full of them muslims with there sharia law, killing their wives cuz they were bored with them!

Statistics, damn statistics, what were the qualifying parameters? Populations under 1 million?

Yeah, what did happen to DC that it was knocked off the top ten? What a disappointment that must be. Get the word out so they can up the killing rate.
