Sheriff Joe really the Law and Order man?

Sunshine Girl, you have revealed a side of yourself, lately, in another post that has raised my admiration of you quite a bit. It is nice to see a person stand up for herself, give no quarter, and call a spade a spade. And still appear to be a likeable person. (Not an easy task to pull off!)

You asked for a source, I gave you a source....why are you so upset? I never saw anyone get so bent out of shape because someone did what they asked. I am against illegal immigration...., but the tactics of Arpaio do little to solve the problem, and much to make life miserable for the LEGAL Hispanic citizens in Maricopa County. We need to close our borders and THEN decide how we will deal with those illegals already here. It is probably not practical, or economically feasible to deport them all......though we could try. What is stupid is to try deporting those already here while letting thousands continue to cross the border.

I am totally in favor of punishing those who hire illegals, it's a good place to start and will probably do more to discourage people coming here than all the terror tactics currently being employed in Maricopa County.

When I first posted in the thread, it was in regards to the main accusation made in the original post. The link provided appeared to be a hit job because it attacked Arpaio because some of his deputies were arrested, but it made no mention of the fact that they were arrested due to Arpaio's own investigation. To me, that was irresponsible reporting.

Now there are many other accusations as well. My question is are these politically motivated and coming from the left (because Arpaio is hated by the left), or is there any substance to them? Let's see if any of them stick.

I'm reminded of Sarah Palin, not that I'm any fan of hers. My understanding is there were some 26 complaints or lawsuits filed against her, largely for political reasons, and not one of them succeeded. I wish I could find an article which covers them all, but all I can find is this statement from her attorney...

From what I see of the complaints against Arpaio, some appear to be serious. I haven't seen the guy interviewed much, and have no personal experience with him. So I'll accept the statements by SG and archer that they have major issues with the guy. He doesn't sound like the type I'd look for as my Sheriff, he's too much of a publicity hound, IMO.

But I'll ask, have any of these charges been proven yet?

I'm not wrong......say it as often as you want it won't make it true. I can't imagine you talking to your wife and daughters like you post here, you obviously have serious issues with women who won't worship you and your crazy opinions.....you started with the filth, I'm not about to sit back and say.....".Oh major bean you are so right, I'm slimy and disgusting and whatever else you want to describe me as".....frankly you disgust me too....and you will get back what you put out there.
