You are right otis, it is a bad idea to send those kind of pics to anyone. I can't believe Weiner would be so dumb but I do know that the Dems and the media will give him a pass for the most part (except for comedians).
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
I hope Fox News grills everyone involved to find the true story. It will be interesting to see if this Dem can actually cut the mustard. As a righty, I really relish seeing him get exposed.
Thomas Sowell: There are no solutions, just trade-offs.
But SS, the left always gets a pass because they don't claim to have a moral compass....the right doesn't either since the 90's but the left likes to keep those old speeches by old candidates alive. Since the Weiner hasn't denied the picture was of him when asked directly, I think it was him, or he liked the idea of that being him and is willing to take a little heat so he can show the people who picked on him when he was in PE, that his "package" finally grew up.
No matter how you cut it, this is some funny stuff. He does seem to suffer from a short man complex which would explain his overly loud rants and chest pumping on other issues.

I don't want to see him exposed, here come the nightmares!!!! Thanks!
I'd MUCH rather see bin lurden exposed!
He should have taken vl's advice and copyrighted his tweets!
If you are interested, I can lend you "Stranger in a Strange land". I think you might like it.
"The novel has never been out of print. Eventually Stranger in a Strange Land became a cult classic, attracting many readers who would not ordinarily read a work of science fiction. The late-1960s counterculture, popularized by the hippie movement, was influenced by its themes of individual liberty, self-responsibility, sexual freedom, and the influence of organized religion on human culture and government, and adopted the book as something of a manifesto.[citation needed]
In 1968, Tim Zell (now Oberon Zell-Ravenheart) and others formed a neo-pagan religious organization called the Church of All Worlds, modeled after the religion founded by the primary characters in the novel."

Today in Geek History: Robert Heinlein coins the word "grok" when Stranger in a Strange Land is published in 1961. If you don't grok "grok," share a glass of water with a Martian.

I think LJ is great as well, and would be honored to meet her sometime when she's back!
Otis, sorry, didn't mean to ignore you (happens to me all the time!) - it's just the nature of threads when they go off on a tangent (and we happen to like that over here - more natural flow of spoken conversation, nothing wrong with it all, and often leads to even more fun and stimulating conversation!)...feel free to jump right back in as if this part of the conversation never happened, we won't be offended!
"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther
The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill
Hmmmm... The flames are being fanned by Andrew DumbBart... A man who is notorious and has been busted at least 4 times for his "creative editing" and attack-first-get-facts-later style of attack articles... (I won't use the word "journalism", because he wouldn't understand that concept if it bit him on the backside...) He's been dropped as a "contributor" by ABC because he'd been caught in so many lies...
And this is who Weiner is supposed to be worried about and respond to?
