Palin and the MSM

Is it just me or does anyone else find it extremely funny that Sarah Palin has been given free publicity from the same people who tried to destroy her during the 2008 election? She was lambasted early and often for making verbal gaffes which were repeated ad nausium by the mainstream press and I believe it did hurt the McCain Palin campaign, especially since they never grilled Obama and Biden the same way and let their many gaffes slide as just "mistatements".

And wasn't it Katie Couric who was the biggest thorn in Palin's side early on? Where is Katie now?

It just makes me laugh every time I think about these reports chasing Palin around on her bus tour, complaining about her not giving them a schedule or revealing her future plans. It's driving the media nuts .

So today Palin commands huge audiences where ever she goes, makes more money than ever, and she owes it all to the media who has given her free publicity for the last 3 years. Talk about unintended consequences, she has played the media like a fiddle and they are looking more and more like crazed as she continues to play them.

Palin is not who I want in the White House because I believe we need someone who understands business and can wipe the floor with Obama in an economic debate. But I do respect what she has done to a media machine that tried to crush her but ended up looking like desperate Paparazzi while at the same time elevating her beyond their wildest nightmares.

The lefty media would love for Palin to run, higher ratings.

Katie Couric was a thorn only because she asked questions of Palin that she could not answer.

I agree that this is humorous, but Palin is a political celebrity and for some reason, people are interested in her, therefore, the media is going to cover whatever she does. Sarah has done nothing to discourage the press, either. She has turned into as big a media whore as Trump.

Palin won't give the MSM any details because she is not allowed to by her FOX News boss and overlord. She is a media whore and creates the frenzy that you see on the tube. Like a bunch of kids running after the ice cream man even when they know the treats will make them sick.

The MSM are LOVING this... You can't make up the stuff Palin says. Just turn on the camera and let it roll... 'Nuff said....

It's most likely as she is very entertaining, just as a train wreck might be. Why just yesterday, on her history tour, she had this to say about the ride of Paul Revere.

When you enlarge it, I think it says "Rolling Thunder" which is the name of the parade she's in.
