NASA?
While I love NASA, it was mainly goverment money given to private companies to improve technology. And many of their biggest projects rank up right with the military for cost overruns and outrageous prices for hammers, etc.

And I bet Lamborn realizes NREL won't disappear, but I think he hopes they are going to be smarter about the way they spend taxpayer funds knowing that people are watching them now.
