I don't think that states should have absolute rights, I just would like to see a little more balance than we are now seeing. Everything doesn't have to come down to absolutes.

archer - The federal highway sytem, would be the same as it is now, sh*tty... except in some states, And once the state that weren't "on board with that idea" would have gotten on board when they saw the COMMERANCE that they where losing.
They supporters of this project most likely have friends who own land along the designated rail line.
And in Kenynsian economics, spending is more important than what it is actually spent on.
Would probably make more sense to build a rail to the ski areas. Even though the Winter Park ski train seldom made money.
