Oh thanks-I'm like an onion my dear, there are many layers, and you know...You know i'm not bound by societal norms. I'm a super skeptic, a thinker, a free man living on the margins. I don't merely just stray from the herd occiasionally, I live my entire life down by the creek where the water is clean and the grass is sweet, so why wouldn't you think I read these types of books? And you know i've been facinated by how "they" get people (tea baggers) to argue against thier own self interests..This book offers an explanation. And he really explains Americas ridiculous reaction to 911 in the book

And furthermore, after many years of negotiating for the unions i know that to be effective you gotta get on the same level as your competition. I gotta get real stupid to effectively argue with the tea baggers here so perhaps since you only know me from here- You've underestimated me.?

Uhh, does 285FreeTalk ring a bell?! :) I've found that underestimating people is generally more pleasant than overestimating their abilities... :)

Just tryin' to get to know you better VL - it's hard to underestimate someone of whom you know little of their capabilities at all. You don't have to get stupid to argue with those with the Tea Party because there are some pretty smart Tea Partiers (don't underestimate them!) - go to the meeting Thursday and find out for yourself (I'll be there and I'll buy you a beer afterwards, we can talk shop!)! They come from all walks of life, just like Dems, Reps, and Independents.

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

I like you, but you've always been a bit of a fence sitter.. And my dad was dumb (he did fly 777's though), but my mom had a IQ of 167...

Being accepting of others doesn't make one a fence sitter, merely a wiser, knowledge-seeking person - knowledge comes from all sources VL, even the ones you don't agree with.

I knew thats how you saw it, but sometimes in this world there is right and there is wrong...No middle ground, and

In college I was a Young Republican, ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Young_Republicans ) or as I like to call them now, The Hitler Youth. The indoctrination didn't take. And I'm a confirmed Catholic as well but it didn't take long before I realised that that was a load of happy horsesh!t as well.

Constantly evoloving

You can see from my IP address that i'm not in town right now......And i'll be honest with you, if I were to go to one of those meetings somebody would get thier ass kicked and it wouldn't be me. If I heard some guy actively argueing for my 24 and 23 year old kids to lose thier healthcare, i'm gonna choke em out. Cause thats personal.
