I'm sure they must be in the wrong since they are so big and evil but the Supreme court disagreed.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

I'm sure you're looking forward to a Walmart up here replacing all the smaller mom and pop stores.

I left Conifer around 1983 and don't plan on going back because of the overpopulation. I have been up there to visit my sister pretty often and have noticed the mom and pops have been eliminated greatly over time without a Walmart. I was there during the days of Conifer Finer Foods in Aspen Park....like a whole different place now.

So the answer is no, I would not look forward to a Walmart up there just like I would not have welcomed all the new houses, Safeway, King Soopers, and the rest of them that make the place look like Denver with trees.

The Supreme Court did not decide on the issues, only that the litigation would not be certified as a class action. The individual plaintiffs still have a cause of action against Walmart for the alleged wrongdoings against its employees.
