Oceans are increasingly at risk

The researchers found that since the late 19th century — as the world became industrialized — sea level has risen more than 2 millimeters per year, on average. That's a bit less than one-tenth of an inch, but it adds up over time.


Humans were around during the last ice age about 10,000 years ago, and the seas have risen about 120 meters since then. If my math is correct, that averages to about 12 millimeters per year. So it looks like things are improving! lol

That's why I have tossed a couple of candidates, (now at 4) a couple have whole heartedly jump into the global warming chruch, and add Chris Christie to the list of losers.
