Colorado Medicaid Won't Pay for Circumcisions

lol So will having a foreskin be a stigma that you grew up poor?

Or I have heard that losing your foreskin helps protect you from certain cancers and AIDS/HIV. So might it be good preventive medicine to keep paying for this procedure to save dollars decades later?

And if you were Jewish and on Medicaid, could you get a religious exemption so that the state would pay for it?

Doesn't matter to me.

I read where the Marines initially wouldn't let men enlist in WWII right after Dec 7, 1941 unless they were circumcised. They ended that requirement fairly quickly.

But I must say, it was about hygiene. Those guys were in combat for weeks at a time.

Give it about 15 - 20 years and watch the instances of "Honeymoon Disease" spike upwards...........
