Canadians are rather baffled by all the hot air over public health care in the U.S., and even more so by Tea Party claims that "Obamacare" is a form of socialized medicine that will lead to the end of America as we know it. Canada has socialized medicine that provides health care to everyone for a nominal fee. Though it's not perfect, Canadians are for the most part happy they have it. And so, it seems, are the many Americans who cross over the border to enjoy Canadian "socialized medicine"'s benefits -- including, at one point, Sarah Palin.
