That is quite a leap. How is this post "unpatriotic"? It does not smear the founding fathers, our Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, the Revolutionary veterans, or anything else. How is it unpatriotic to expose (exose) the liberals for their hatred of our country and its founding principles?

Not a leap at all. The United States of America is more than a land mass, more than a collection of documents. First and foremost it is it's citizens. Conservatives and liberals, men and women, all religions, creeds and colors. To disparage one group is to disparage all. yes, your post is unpatriotic in my mind.

Please consider the word "patriot". Its root is "fathers". It has to do with the founders of our nation. Not the hodge podge to come later.
This thread and my posts are not in the least unpatriotic. Please reconsider.

I see that the troll, archer, could not stay away. She can't keep her personal hatred of me out of print.

Major Bean

pa·tri·ot noun
\ˈpā-trē-ət, -ˌät, chiefly British ˈpa-trē-ət\
Definition of PATRIOT

: one who loves his or her country and supports its authority and interests

merriam Webster

From etymology online-
patriot U
1590s, "compatriot," from M.Fr. patriote (15c.), from L.L. patriota "fellow-countryman" (6c.), from Gk. patriotes "fellow countryman," from patrios "of one's fathers," patris "fatherland," from pater (gen. patros) "father," with -otes, suffix expressing state or condition. Meaning "loyal and disinterested supporter of one's country" is attested from c.1600, but became an ironic term of ridicule or abuse from mid-18c. in England, so that Johnson, who at first defined it as "one whose ruling passion is the love of his country," in his fourth edition added, "It is sometimes used for a factious disturber of the government."
The name of patriot had become [c.1744] a by-word of derision. Horace Walpole scarcely exaggerated when he said that ... the most popular declaration which a candidate could make on the hustings was that he had never been and never would be a patriot. [Macaulay, "Horace Walpole," 1833]
Somewhat revived in reference to resistance movements in overrun countries in WWII, it has usually had a positive sense in Amer.Eng., where the phony and rascally variety has been consigned to the word patrioteer (1928). Oriana Fallaci ["The Rage and the Pride," 2002] marvels that Americans, so fond of patriotic, patriot, and patriotism, lack the root noun and are content to express the idea of patria by cumbersome compounds such as homeland. (Joyce, Shaw, and H.G. Wells all used patria as an English word early 20c., but it failed to stick.) Patriots’ Day (April 19, anniversary of the 1775 skirmishes at Lexington and Concord Bridge) was observed as a legal holiday in Maine and Massachusetts from 1894.

Like it or not, disparaging your countrymen is not patriotic behavior.

You did not understand, in the least, what you just posted. The root is fathers. Add prefixes, suffixes, and such to that word and it changes the meaning. Please don't try such amateurish stuff as to try and post brilliance that you think that you have found on the internet. It only appears foolish.

We are all well aware that you would like me to just go away.......but I assure you I am not the only one who sees through you to your trolling behavior, just the most vocal. You are what you are major bean. I don't hate you....though I suspect you do hate me......if for no other reason than I know what you are.....and I have the audacity to continue posting after your numerous attempts to shut me up. I don't think you like women who aren't afraid of you.

Only an idiot would believe your title, and I don't think you are an idiot, so the only reason I can see that you would post such a title is to troll for responses so you can then spout more nonsense. It's a game people....

Quit reading my mind and motives. Just shut up and kiss me!

Haw, haw, haw, haw. I read that to mean that I have a title, and then I realized that you meant the title of the thread. Thanks for the chuckle.

You are the one that misunderstands Major Bean. I'm sorry that your hatred of everyone that believes differently blinds you to the wonder of our great nation as we approach the holiday. We are as great as we are because of all the different cultures, beliefs and ideologies that have united to create a unique nation that is a beacon to the rest of the world. We live in the finest country, we enjoy peace and plenty. We are blessed. Try to be grateful instead of bitter.

You may think that I play games, but I assure you that I believe what I post. Liberals think that what I say is outrageous, that is why they think that I am baiting them. Not so!

Liberals are the destruction of our nation. Our nation was a great experiment that allowed merchants, businessmen, and agriculture to rule themselves. It worked! Now the lazy, unemployed, and unmotivated want to be fed and housed for free, at the expense of those who succeed.

Liberals are self-loathers, unpatriotic, and hate our country (the greatest country to ever exist).

If that is so, then I have been giving you far too much credit in the intelligence department. My apologies......
