Prices will go up because small business owners will have no choice but to raise prices to cover the additional overhead expenses. Everyone who is already struggling to get by will shop outside of Denver because the prices are lower, more failed businesses is not what this economy needs.

If I was a business owner here is what I would do with these mandates. Calculate the dollar value and deduct it from salary/ wages.

Dear Employee:
Your salary was 44,000 last year. Due to government health care and sick day, and other mandates now included in your pay. Your salary is now 39,000. Any compaints? Talk to your politician.

Signed,
Your Employer.

Not if you're in a union. if your in a union you already got 7 weeks

Wake up America- We gave you the 8/hour day, the 40/hour week, the weekends and we created the middle class. Organize

Your great unions that drove all the good jobs overseas?
Or if unions are so good, why do so few private employees unionize these days?

I must say, I'm extremely skeptical. Anyhow, Public Unions are the downfall of us all. No competitiveness.
