I wonder, when the exodus of business (out of California) will take place? This law will only make doing business in the PRC that much more difficult. Add to this, if Boeing is forced to close down its new plant in South Carolina (by NLRB) we will see a mass exodus out of this country by major businesses. That will hopefully solve our illegal immigration question. Then we can be like Kenya and other third world countries and all be poor except for the elite like the union bosses and lawyers.
I would recommend that you check you facts - California is no longer the fourth or fifth largest economy in the world. Also, just like in the US as a whole if the business climate is bad you move. The beneficiaries of dumb business policies or those that are restricuve at best, is that businesses will move. Texas and the South have been the most recent beneficiaries if poor decisions by government.
