Yes, I was respectful enough not to bring up her childish actions. But since she did, yes, she left almost immediately after I got there. I have said hi to her a couple times at places and the next thing I know she is gone. I am glad I don't have to let others effect my life and where I will stay or when I have to go. I have a lot stronger character than that and am much more secure with my life.

Do you really think this kind of commentary helps your case?

Calling her "childish" while you brag on about how you think your character is so much better, blah blah blah?

Seriously? I took the high road by not pointing out how she has acted. Then she admitted to it. Is it not childish to be at a mutual friends party and as soon as she sees me she sticks her nose in the air and walks out of her other friends just because there is one person there who she doesn't agree with politically? I just called a spade a spade. I am tired of how some people act up here. I can disagree with many people on here and still sit and have great conversations with them personally. Certainly not get up and walk out! That is Jr High stuff. I won't appologize for using the word childish when describing her actions when I have seen her. You weren't there! And I am not trying to impress you. The truth is the truth!

As usual, you missed the point. Calling someone's behavior childish while bragging on your own is....childish.

Guess you aren't comprehending what I said. It's OK. There was nothing childish about what I said. It was true. I can tell that you won't understand.

OK, you tell me. Two ADULTS show up at the same party with mutual friends. One says hi and one sticks their nose in the air and walks out because they don't agree with things they say. You tell me what adjective you would use to describe that action. (can't believe you are the only one on here who doesn't get this and that we are actually wasting time on this discussion) But go ahead.

I think if that had had happened to me, I would have felt remorse that someone felt they had to leave a party because of my presence. And I think I would have reflected a little on how my behavior to them in the past might have caused it and made some kind of attempt to remedy it.

I certainly wouldn't have put them down in public as "childish" and I ABSOLUTELY wouldn't have gone on to brag on what a great "character" I have in comparison.

I would NEVER act like that and she has been worse to me than I ever have and you neever saw me walk out of the room and let someone else dictate my life and happiness and how and where I can be. I am stronger and much more mature than that! it speaks volumes about someone when they act like that. Not biting on your baiting anymore. LJ and this discussion are not worth the time. You are flat out wrong and most everyone on here who knows myself and LJ know that!
