who do you think will win the nomination for the General Election?

Perry by a comfortable margin and he will pick a popular VP. Romney's campaign just screwed up again today. As he tries to distance himself from Obamacare.

So sometimes our founding fathers did know what they were talking about? I listened to Cain today on Fox and the more I hear the less I like him. Not only the mosque idea, but he seems to be more about bold statements than substance.

Too weak. Love his ideas and what he stands for but when called out in the debate to confront Romney face to face on calling it Robamacare, he backed down. I don't think he can raise enough money or be strong enough in a debate. Not to mention he lost his last election in his home state. Perry has never lost an election.

I think what is forgotten in all this is your right to peace and quiet. How many of you have lived across from a mosque or even near one? Did you hear the prayer call 5 times a day? Up here some people take objection when a neighbor puts up a light at night. They don't want the light pollution. Unfortunately, when people get crowded together some of those "rights" get trampled because our "rights" trample on other's "rights". If you moved to the mountains for peace and quiet, I do not think you would be very pleased to have a mosque open its door next to your property and then have a call to prayer blared over the loudspeaker. Just a thought.

And for those of you who will argue that they can do it without the loudspeaker, as may be promised originally, the check in with the French or closer to home in Dearbone Michigan. You'll find it's an insidious movement that progressively invades more and more of your "rights". First a petition for prayer call only on Islamic holidays, followed by prayer call on holidays and evening prayer, followed by all prayer calls. Or obstruction of traffic to pray. So your right to peace and quiet is gone, then your right to move freely though the streets is blocked, etc. It's a rather complicated situation since the life styles of Islam and Christianity have such fundamental differences. Turkey manages to allow Christians some degree of freedom, but Turkey is an Islamic country and Islamic principals rule. Frankly, I have nothing against anyone practicing Islam, but I just don't want it interfering with my life.

It will be very interesting to see how the First balances the rising Islamic population in America. It would go a lot easier if they didn't push for Sharia law.
There have been similar cases where Jewish community laws conflicted with the secular. And where Christian lawmakers applied their religion to non-Christians in their community.
