lol I think I saw this in the Post this morning, seems all the new Chinese coal power plants are releasing a lot of sulfur into the atmosphere which has prevented sunlight from reaching the Earth, keeping it cooler from 2005 to 2008.
But bad news, the greenies are requiring scrubbers on the power plant stacks to reduce the sulfur releases.
Bright side, less acid rain, downside, higher temps, so which is worse for the enviroment?
And then another enviro side note I saw. For this year, more US corn will go to ethanol production than for food. Is it ethical to burn food for fuel? Especially with the big price increases for food this year.

Out of coal burning plants...
Take my word for it, their air is think, but you get use to it, once your lungs get coated with a layer of coal dust. REMEMBER China is excluded from ALL Clean Air treaties. WHY? Because they own U.S. and we have to vote with them? Where's algore & all those Global Warming wackos screaming about China's coal burners?
